Poor Parker . . .

Poor Parker . . .  he got a cold about 2 weeks ago and just over a week ago we noticed some ear tugging.  I took him to the dr and sure enough, his first ear infection (he is much younger than Nolan was for his first, so I am hoping this is not a sign of things to come . . . ) He started on antibiotics last week (and for the first time I got the free ones from Publix, woohoo I thought at the time . . . ) Two nights ago I thought he had a few red dots on his face but wasn't sure.  Yesterday morning it was clear, he is covered in a rash from head to foot.  Tiny red bumps everywhere.  According to the dr they have seen this in kids that get the free amoxicilin from Publix.  Why oh why . . .  so he is on a brand new antibiotic and we're hoping it goes away quickly.  So not only does Parker get less press on here than his sneaky big brother, but he has his first ear infection and rash, and it seems like he is getting stuffy again and may be getting another cold! Luckily he seems unphased by all of it . . .

Its really hard to see the rash in the picture, but its there!
